Hello Skinny Bitches and to be Skinny Bitches!

I’m trying out a new work out plan and I’m coupling that with a very low cal diet ( the prospect of putting food in my mouth is not fun), lots of water and some Caffeine pills.

This is Day 1. I plan to keep full documentation of my little experiment.  

Since, on some days i am unable to wake up early enough to go for a run. I have improvised and have decided to do cardio kickboxing for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. On the days when i have enough time to go for a run. I will extend the work out to an hour. I will gradually build up the work out time to an hour and 30 minutes and then to two hours. 

I will only be consuming 2 caffeine pills per day for a week. Then pause for one week and resume 2 pills per day for a week. The pause is to monitor how frequent i will be compelled to binge and to go on a water fast.

The amount of water consumed over a period of 12-16 hours will be 3 liters.

For the low cal diet, proteins, vegetables, low/non-fat milk ( low fat- diluted with water) and fruits. an the occasional high fiber cracker that doesn’t contain sugar.

Damn difficult trying not to fast on caffeine pills. So used to not eating.
